1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Al Haram Travels website and/or booking our Umrah travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Al Haram Travels provides Umrah travel packages including, but not limited to, air ticketing, visa processing, hotel accommodation, transportation, and guided Ziyarat tours. Package details, inclusions, and pricing are as described at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- Advance booking prices are valid only when payment is completed within the stipulated time frame.
- Full payment must be received before departure.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are per person unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: full refund less processing fees.
- Cancellations made 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of departure: no refund.
- Visa rejection refunds are subject to the terms of the visa authority and airline policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) and will offer a full refund or rescheduling in such cases.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
- It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
- Travellers must comply with all Saudi Arabian entry requirements and Umrah regulations.
- Any medical fitness requirements for Umrah are the traveller's sole responsibility.
- Loss of travel documents during the journey is the traveller's responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
Al Haram Travels acts as an organiser and is not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, or government authorities.
- Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the journey.
- Changes imposed by Saudi authorities regarding Umrah permits or quotas.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Misuse the enquiry form or submit false information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
- Use the website in any way that may harm our reputation or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Al Haram Travels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
